Subsequently, you will be able to apply from onshore or offshore for the Second and Third Working Holiday Visa. However, if you apply onshore, you must be in Australia at the time of the Departments decision. Similarly, if you apply offshore, you must be outside Australia when a decision is made.

The visa is unique in that it allows you limited working and study rights, therefore you will have access to a broader range of experiences whilst on your holiday or work experience.

Please note that all visas in this subclass only allow employment of up to 6 months with the same employer.

There are multiple travel facilities for this visa, meaning that you can enter and exit Australia without restriction for the duration of each visa.
